So I watched Accused, cried nonstop for something like two hours while I replayed most of it over and over, and then I sat down and wrote this in something like over an hour. I haven't been this desperately inspired for a very, very long time.
I was going to write an entry about the show and how it affected me, but I think the fic speaks for itself. I had to write it, simply because that one hour put me through an absolute wringer. Tracie/Simon are my favourite Sean characters, surpassing even Boromir.
The title is a line from The Lady of Shalott.
(Also, I apologise if I get details of transvestitism wrong. I based it mostly of Sean's performance and comments, and partly off my own experience passing off as a man while not wanting to be a man. It's harder than it looks.)
that clothed the world and meet the sky
Characters/Pairing: Walker Jerome/Tracie Tremarco (Simon Gaskell) [Viggo Mortensen/Sean Bean]
Rating: PG
Words: ~3600
Disclaimer: Characters don’t belong to me. I’m just borrowing them.
Summary: “I repressed it for a long time, but Tracie's not a girl who takes no for an answer.” Once upon a time, Simon met a stranger in London named Walker.
