1.) Why do you dislike #11 so much?
Because I have not seen a single fic, doujin, or fanart or anything that has done Hibari's personality justice and made the pairing believable at the same time. A lot - actually everything I've seen so far have a tendency to completely butcher Hibari's personality, making him softer than he actually is as to ship him with Tsuna. Oh, and they also have a tendency to make him lustful and horny, which I completely cannot see at all (my view of Hibari, as seen from Self-Made Man, is that he knows what sex is and he can't stand the thought of getting so intimate with someone, especially a herbivore.)
Plus I don't like the dynamics between them as well. I've seen shippers say that Tsuna's reaction to Hibari is 'cute'. Er, abject fear is cute? Tsuna is often shown to be utterly terrified of Hibari, and that characterises Hibari's view of him a lot - just another herbivore who is scared of him. Even if Tsuna grows out of it, I don't see it happening. I haven't seen it done plausibly at all. Especially when a lot of fics I've seen say that Hibari is attracted to Tsuna because of his kindness, and also because of how he's 'weak' and then 'strong'. The first, I think, will cause in Hibari disdain more than anything else - it's a weakness. He's not a kind man. As for the second... well, once he finds out about the Dying Will bullet, he won't be interested anymore.
I can see Hibari having an interest in Tsuna for his potential in battle. For there to be emotional attachment? I can't see it, and I haven't been shown how it can be done at all. It's really a pity, since the pairing is so darn prolific. Ah well.

DINO NOT HAVING TO MARRY OUT OF DUTY. Really, seriously. I can see this couple lasting for near-eternity if not for the fact that Dino, as a boss, will need to have heirs. Hibari, pretty though he might be, is still a man. Which means that they have to break up and I've written enough of this scenario to make it old and tired already.
4.) Which is your favorite episode for #1? Try to pick just one.
UH. Episode 24 - And Thus, Kyouya Met Him. Episode 17 with the flashbacks and endless talking about Tamaki and it becomes so obvious that Kyouya's world revolves around the Ohtori Group and Tamaki. And episode 25, "I'm glad Tamaki is still Tamaki." And episode 26 with Shima and Kyouya and "I leave him to you, Haruhi." (It breaks my heart but I love it still). And of course, episode 14 with the Newspaper Club in which Kyouya does so much to protect Tamaki.
Oh and in the manga, the Sports Festival Arc, the Festival Arc, the France Arc... almost every single thing with Tamaki and Kyouya's bond being explored because oh god-

Too little fanworks done of them, plus I basically ADDed out of the FFVII fandom and has not been caring since.
7.) Which ship do you prefer - #2 or #4?
THAT'S A REALLY HARD QUESTION. I mean, I have an epic for both (Surfacing for the Royal Four, Windshear for 8018). Uhhhhh... I would say the Royal Four though, because their dynamics are so fun to do and really, really challenge to handle all four of them at once in one relationship. It's like this tangled ball of string that I'm playing with and it's fun as all hell. =D
8.) You have the power to make one ship non existent. Choose from #10 or #12.
Kyouya/Haruhi. Seriously. I hate this pairing a lot. It evolved from mild dislike to raging dislike to outright hatred. If it doesn't exist, I would really be happy. Then I can stop mindlessly hoping for goodfic to be done for these two, who are two of my favourites, instead of the rubbish and trite I've seen fandom put out for this pairing. Ughhhh. Yes, it's another one of those 'I really don't like it because fandom ruined it' pairings. Plus I just can't see it working because of Tamaki, who is never addressed or just brushed off.
Gokudera/Tsuna I just dislike because UH, UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP MUCH? I like Gokudera too much for him to be crushed like he would be if this pairing happens.
9.) What interests you about #14?
The death. The sexy. The fact that I've RPed it and they are really, really hot together. The word games they play, the masks they wear... it has serious potential for being scorching hot and really interesting. And full of mindfuckery. Mmm.
10.) When did you stop liking #7?
When I realize how boring Gundam Wing is and moved on the Final Fantasy VII, mostly. ^^;
11.) Did your waning interest in #9 kill your interest in the show?
Other way around. I lost interest in Bleach, and then when I got back I totally bypassed Byakuya and went for Gin instead. Now I ship Aizen/Gin primarily from that fandom. Hahaha wtf self.
12.) What's a song that reminds you of #5?
ATB - You're Not Alone. Because this is my protectors-who-have-lost-their-protectees-and-seek-comfort-with-each-other-ship. It's also really, really hot.

Redundant question. xDDD TamaKyou, of course.In fact I'm still looking for my Tamaki.

Kyouya/Haruhi. Ouran is the fandom that incites the strongest emotions in me. Funnily enough, it is also my most light-hearted canon. It's shoujo ffs.

Tamaki/Kyouya and Yamamoto/Hibari. It's even plausible, because Reborn = Ohtori Kyouya. There will be hilarity with time warping, Tamaki and Yamamoto laughing too much, the Kyouyas being utterly confused with the names, Hibari wanting to bite Tamaki to death, kissing in public, obliviousness in part of Hibari and Tamaki, embarrassingly public displays of affection, even more embarrassing public displays of domestic violence... In general, it'll be really funny and I want someone to write it, lawl. =D

Well in Surfacing, they've done a lot more than kissed. But in canon? NOT A CHANCE. It's all about Keita. Seriously.

... it's a shounen manga. No. It's not likely. But I can make one for them~ -coughWindshearcough-

Finding fic for them. Or getting a strong enough plotbunny for me to write them out myself. By god this threesome is really, really hot. It's one of my more shallow pairings - sdgsgsdfh so hot it burns.

THE ROYAL FOUR PLZ. Phoenix/Kristoph is too much mindfuck in canon, but if Gakuen Heaven makes the Royal Four canon I will be so deliriously happy that you'll see me farting rainbows for weeks.

Kyouya realizes how much he will hurt Tamaki if he chases Haruhi, and also, at the same time, realizes how much he loves Tamaki. Haruhi realizes that she loves Tamaki enough, and respects Kyouya enough, to try for something unconventional. They end up in a Kyouya/Tamaki/Haruhi threesome with Tamaki as pivot, and slowly become a proper threesome with all three of them loving each other. Kyouya and Haruhi take one hell of a long time. They live happily ever after.
