I love how for some reason talking to Sean (even to his answering service) makes Viggo adapt Britishness.

I think this comes from a line my previous RP partner said in Sean's POV, about how Sean seems to surround himself with people who pick up accents and ways of speech easily (we were writing Bale/Sean and Vigbean), and that somehow leaks into this. I don't know, I don't think I have full credit for this.

Also Ian never shuts up ever. I love that about him.

I adore how you really BELIEVE him here, that he really does fancy her (even if it maybe would be wiser / healthier if he wouldn’t).

Re: the relationship between Sean and his wives - I like to believe that they are friends, and that none of them are villains because I know, gosh do I know, how perfectly good, decent people can fuck up relationships with each other without either being villains. That they can do it while loving each other. I was trying to capture something like that here, with Sean and his wives, especially with Gina, and I'm just squeeing that I succeeded. I really hate villianizing any character in RPF, I think, because people are so complicated and you can't really write 'real person' fiction by writing flat people.

Or something. I don't know. I'm rambling.
