Aghhh....I adore, will always adore the theme of undiscovered, unexplored, and generally thwarted love because there's so much truth in it - people live with fear all the time, we often don't take the chances we should, and we don't always answer the call of fate or the inner voice. I love the spare writing and the fine details in this, and despite the angst and sadness there's a very distinct charm in the thought of both these men with their secret collections hiding in plain sight.
