Let me do Kristoph Gavin first before I lose him entirely.

1. He honestly thinks that everything he did is right and justified.

2. Klavier is the only person he cares about, really, but it's not in the sense of 'his brother' as much as he himself likes to think. It's more of the love of a collector for the most prized item in his collection, really.

3. The reason why he is so angry with Klavier after the betrayal is simple: he thinks that he deserves Klavier's absolute loyalty as he is his brother, and he has no idea why Klavier will side against him when he is so obviously in the right.

4. His control is much, much less than his own estimation.

5. His first bottle of nail polish was actually a present from his mother.

I have actually read Aim to Please, prior to this. I always attempt to quietly and gradually wean myself off my irrational hatreds, it's like how I compel myself to read 8059 fic with good titles and by writers I like once in a while, same way I make myself read Phoenix Wright AUs. I refuse to give in to my own blind intolerance!
